Jammie Stewart Varnado, a loving wife, mother and MiMi, departed this life on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at the age of 54. She was married to Ronald Varnado for 35 years and had 3 children together: Ronald Varnado Jr., Tina Canino and Jason Varnado. Daughter of Jacquelyn Guidry and the late James Stewart. Mother-in-law of Leslie Varnado and Quintin Canino.  MiMi to Alexis, Ashleé, “Claiborne”, Jayden, Cooper and Carter.  Jammie was a native of New Orleans and a resident of Delcambre, but as a beloved Saints fan, she was a permanent resident of the Who Dat Nation!

Visitation will be held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Monday evening, January 3, 2011, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and on Tuesday morning, January 4, 2011, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
