Dyson - Turner

Joan V. Smith of New Iberia announces the engagement of her daughter Misti L. Dyson to Teddy J. Turner, son of Judy Turner and Richard Pierce of Lafayette. The bride is the daughter of the late Tim Dyson. The groom is the son of the late Stephen Turner. The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2010, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Broussard.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Westgate High school and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in general studies. She is employed at the Family Medicine Clinic.

The prospective groom attended Comeaux High School and is employed at Forum.
