Gooding - Trappey

Bruce and Juanita Gooding of Monroe announce the engagement of their daughter Desirae Nicole Gooding to Nicholas Creed Trappey, son of Credette and William J. “Bill” Trappey Jr. of New Iberia. The wedding will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011, at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Monroe.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Ouachita Parish High School with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is employed as a registered nurse at Glenwood Medical Center in Pediatrics.

The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Catholic High School in New Iberia. He received a degree in finance from ULM. He is employed as a financial advisor with Chase Bank.
