Aloha Coleslaw

1 medium head green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, shredded

20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, stir together pineapple, mayonnaise, salt, cabbage, and carrots. Prepare at least an hour before serving. Makes 8 servings,
about 1 cup each
