Jalapeno Cheese Pie

1 prepared pie crust shell
1 bag of mixed shredded three cheeses
Sliced jalapeno
2 eggs
Place a layer of cheese on bottom of pie shell. Top with sliced jalapeno. Add another layer of cheese and top again with jalapeno to desired taste.
Scramble two eggs and pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve with salad of choice for an all-around Lenten meal.
