Sticky Rice

1 cup medium grain rice
4 boneless chicken breasts or 6 slices of pork loin
1 can Campbell’s French onion soup
1/2 stick of margarine
Rinse rice and drain. Spread rice in the bottom of an 8-by-10-inch glass dish. Season chicken or pork loin. Add to the top of rice.
Pour can of soup on top of chicken evenly. Cut margarine into pieces and put on top of chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.
