Blueberry Topping

1 cup water

1 pint blueberries

3/4 cup sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Heat water to boiling. Add blueberries and return to boiling

stage. In a small bowl combine sugar, cornstarch and salt and add

to pot. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add lemon

juice.

Especially good served over ice cream or cheese cake.
