LeBlanc recognized for academics

The United States Achievement Academy has named Ridge LeBlanc of Jeanerette as an All-American Scholar.
The USAA has established the All-American Scholar At-Large Award Program to offer deserved recognition to superior students who excel in the academic disciplines. The All-American Scholars must earn a 3.3 or higher grade point average.
LeBlanc, who attends Hanson Memorial High School, was nominated for this honor by the Untied States Achievement Academy. He will appear in the All–American Scholar At-Large Yearbook which is published nationally.
He is the son of Harold and Vicky LeBlanc of Jeanerette.
