Dr. Eric White and Dr. Mary Beth Winmill, both of New Iberia, announce the engagement of their daughter Erica Ann White to Adam Cole Provost, son of Ronald and Yvonne Provost of New Iberia.

The wedding will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Burke Station Bajoom.

The bride-elect is a graduate of New Iberia Senior High and a graduate of the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science in equestrian studies and a Bachelor of Science in equine business management. She is employed as a veterinary assistant.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Loreauville High School and a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science in animal science. He is an assistant farm manager.
