Chase Domingues, who enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in New Iberia, completed recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., and graduated recently.

During recruit training, Domingues learned military customs and courtesies, first aid and a variety of military-related subjects designed to create the moral and discipline required of all Marines.

Domingues, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Domingues of New Iberia, was enlisted by Sgt. Michael Skolasky from the Recruiting Substation New Iberia.
