Jalapeno White Bean Soup & Ham

5 cans Jalapeño navy beans

1 medium chopped onion

1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped

1 can chunky Rotel tomatoes

2-3 links smoked sausage, cut into bite size pieces

Tasso or cubed ham (add as much as you like)

Parsley

Onion tops

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot except for parsley and onions. Cook for approximately 6 to 6 1/2 hours. Add chopped parsley and onion tops toward the end.
