USAA recognizes LHS student

The United States Achievement Academy has recognized Trent Dugas of Loreauville as a USAA Student of Excellence in athletics and honor roll
He was also named a USAA All-American Scholar.
The USAA establishes the All-American Scholar Award Program to offer deserved recognition to super students who excel in the academic disciplines. The All-American Scholars must earn a 3.3 or higher grade point average.
He will appear in the All-American Scholar Yearbook which is published nationally and the USAA Official Yearbook,
Dugas is a student at Loreauville High School and is the son of Drew and Aimye Dugas of Loreauville.
He will qualify to apply for one of the 400 scholarships cash grants awarded each year by the nonprofit USAA Scholarship Foundation and the $10,000 Dr. George A. Stevens Founder’s Award.
