Chicken and Spinach Soup

1 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
1 cup turkey tasso, chopped into small cubes
2 tablespoons of ilvi soil
8 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 large (32 ounce) containers of chicken broth
11/2 cups of frozen corn
1 package fresh spinach
Tony seasonings to taste
Heat oil in large Dutch oven. Add tasso and chicken then brown until cooked. Add onions and sauté until clear. Add chicken broth, corn and spinach. Season to taste. Heat thoroughly.
Note: This recipe is low calorie, low fat and extremely fast. Makes a good cool night soup.
