Turkey Gumbo

Leftover juice from baked turkey at least 2 cups
4 cups water
4 tablespoons roux
1 bag frozen seasoning blend (celery, onions, bell pepper)
1 pound smoked or andouille sausage, sliced
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
Cooked rice
Bring broth and water to a boil and add roux to desired consistency; add seasoning blend. Add sausage and let boil about 20 minutes. Adjust consistency by adding more roux or water.
Add 3 cups turkey and all the seasonings, (seasoning to taste) and cook over medium heat about 20 more minutes. Add green onions and serve with cooked rice.
