1 fryer cut up
2 cups MoJo Criollo Marinade

2 cups flour
2 cups cornmeal
1 cup bread crumbs
Tony Chachere’s seasoning
Peanut oil for frying
Seasoning chicken with Tony’s Chachere’s and pour Mojo Criollo marinade over chicken. Allow to marinate over night. Mix flour, cornmeal and breadcrumbs together in bag and shake. Heat peanut oil in a black cast iron pot or heavy frying pot to 350 degrees. Fry chicken for 15 minutes.
