Allison Marie Popp and Robert Bruce Doughty IV were married at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne, Alabama. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Martin Popp of Alabama, formerly of New Iberia. The groom is the son of Robert Bruce Doughty III of Reform, Alabama, and Leah Summers Driver of Gordo, Alabama.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory-colored lace gown with a mermaid silhouette that featured a scalloped sweetheart neckline and a sheer tulle back with lace appliques throughout.

Serving as matron of honor was Stephanie Robinson Gonsoulin. Bridesmaids were Katy Leblanc Popp, sister-in-law of the bride, Stephanie Mestayer Thalji, Mandy Howard Andre and Sara Marie Soto.

Flower girls were Marie Eden Popp and Anna-Katherine Popp, nieces of the bride. Ring bearers were Ivan Christopher Popp and Luke Matthew Popp, nephews of the bride.

Serving as best men were Rob Bruce Doughty III, father of the groom, and Jacob Collins Doughty, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were Jason Paul Popp, brother of the bride, Jonathan Allen Hurst, Chadwick Taylor Fishel, cousins of the groom, Dustin Wade Sutton, Brandon Lee Sutton, Josh Brantley Wheatley, William Stanley Finney and Jarred Tyler Booth.

A reception for family and friends was held at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama.

Following a wedding trip to Chicago, Illinois, the couple will reside in Daphne, Alabama.
