Toys for Tots collected donated items from Dodson Elementary School Wednesday, with a successful turnout according to school secretary Kristi Mistretta.

Mistretta said students from Dodson, which only has 317 students, donated 400 toys for Toys for Tots.

“I’d say the whole school donated and some,” Mistretta said.
