Cabbage, Pickled Pork and Potatoes Meal-in-One

1 package pickled pork

1 large head cabbage, clean and cut into pieces

1 large onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons oil

4 potatoes, quartered

Season to taste

Boil pickled pork until tender. Saute cabbage in oil, add onion and garlic. Add pork and seasoning. Cook until cabbage is tender then add potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are cooked.
