1 gallon sliced peaches

1 and ½ box yellow cake mis

1 pot liner

1 can Pam cooking spray

1 yellow plastic bottle of squeezable Parkay butter

Make yourself a pile of charcoal on ground, light and let burn.

Wipe down your Dutch Oven and spray it evenly with Pam. Spread liner evenly in oven. Pam will help it to stick to the oven.

Pour all of the peaches evenly in the pot. Open boxes of cake mix and pour one and a half boxes evenly over the peaches.

Spread one bottle of butter over mixture and set aside.

Using a charcoal shovel, gather 25 to 30 of the burning coals and put in a circle. Place Dutch Oven over coals with the lid on.

On the lid, place 12 to 15 of the coals all around with a few in the middle.

Every 15 minutes, rotate pot clockwise a quarter turn and rotate lid counter clockwise.

When the mixture is golden brown, remove the charcoal from the lid. Remove pot from the charcoal and the cobbler is ready to serve.
