Attendees enjoyed entertainment, food and a silent auction at the Jeanerette Chamber of Commerce’s 59th Annual Outstanding Achievers Banquet held on Feb. 6 at the Ward Eight Recreation Center. Outstanding achievers honored at the banquet were Ronald Sovine, Outstanding Citizen; Alice Bodin, Outstanding Senior Citizen; Patrick Landry, Outstanding Professional; Tonya Rosamond, Outstanding Educator; Dodie V. Thibodeaux, Outstanding Volunteer; Oscar Vargas Navarro, Outstanding Youth Worker; Tia and Cameron Simmons, Outstanding Couple and Ken’Nadi Johnta Broussard, Outstanding Student.
