University Medal

BATON ROUGE — New Iberia native Jacques Bourque was among the 43 graduating LSU seniors with the highest grade-point averages in the spring 2015 class. Walking with a Bachelor of Science degree from the E.J. Ourso College of Business, Bourque received the University Medal during a ceremony on Thursday in the LSU Union Theater as part of the university’s 286th commencement exercises. The graduating medalists were also recognized during the main commencement ceremony held in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
