Following are the early voting totals in the Teche Area as of 6 p.m. Wednesday. The early votiing period began Oct. 10 and ends on Saturday. The election is Oct. 24.

262 absentee mail-in.

• St. Martin Parish

2,643 in-person.

255 absentee mail-in.

• St. Mary Parish

2,004 in-person.

168 absentee mail-in.
