A Celebration of Life service will be held for Kayla Moreaux 19, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at Fletcher Funeral Home, New Iberia, with Rev. Arthur Lee Alexander officiating. Interment will be private.

A gathering of family and friends will be at the funeral home 8:30 a.m. until the time of service.

A native and resident of New Iberia, she passed away at 12:38 p.m. on November 15, 2015, at Lafayette General Medical Center. She was a 2015 graduate of St. Martinville Senior High School.

She leaves to cherish her memory and in God’s care her son Princeton Moreaux of New Iberia; parents, Vincent Bentor of Orange, Texas and Stephanie Moreaux of New Iberia; four brothers Derrick Moreaux (Paige), Trey Moreaux, Colby Moreaux and Terrell Waldon all of New Iberia; three sisters Charmaine Moreaux, Breanna Moreaux and Rennet Waldon of New Iberia; her maternal grandparents, Janelle Romero and Richard Moreaux; three nieces Alaiya Moreaux, Payten Moreaux and Deriona Moreaux; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She now joins in glory with her maternal great-grandparents, Agatha Fabre Romero and Odressie Romero; and her great-paternal grandparents, Adam and Lillian Moreaux.

Final arrangements entrusted to Fletcher Funeral Home, 609 W. Admiral Doyle Drive, New Iberia.
