The renovations will include the new, modern Café Delphine that will replace the former Café Bayou. Café Delphine will provide the same high quality food and service that casino and hotel guests are accustomed to. Renovations will also include the addition of Mabel’s Kitchen. Mabel’s will offer guests quick meal options from hamburgers, to salads, to sandwiches and more. It’s a modern and inviting atmosphere filled with Louisiana influenced art. Guests will also notice the addition of Bizzute’s Gift Shop, where they will find souvenirs, gifts and other items to enhance their stay.
