Broussard — Vallian

Nikina Christina Broussard and Keith Vallian Sr. were married Saturday, May 14, 2016, at B&M Pavilion and Event Center in Baldwin. The bride is the daughter of Chris and Earlene Broussard of New Iberia. The groom is the son of Roy and Catherine Vallian Sr.

The Rev. Christopher Craig Broussard officiated the 5 p.m. double-ring ceremony.

The bride wore a vintage white lace and illusion over peach gown with a tulle train that detached for the reception.

For her headpiece, she wore a birdcage veil with white roses.

She carried a bouquet of magenta, ivory- and peach-colored roses accented with pearls.

Serving as matrons of honor were LaShonda August, Chelsey Evans and Mary Gogins. Bridesmaids were Keyahana Black, Katressa Broussard, Valerie Lightfoot and Rudie Thomas. Flower girl was Sa’Niyah Le’Ana August.

Serving as best men were Kevin Vallian, Alex Decuir and Joshua Sigue. Groomsmen were Rusty Mayeaux, Filber Turner, Kerry Vallian, Karl Vallian and Carlos Toby.

A reception for family and friends was held at B&M Pavilion and Event Center in Baldwin.

Following a wedding trip to the Virgin Islands, the couple will reside in New Iberia.
