Fielding — Benoit

Raven Ann Fielding and Sean Terrell Benoit were married Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Rip Van Winkle Gardens in New Iberia. The bride is the daughter of Elizabeth Fielding LaCour and DeWayne LaCour of New Orleans and the late Richard Fielding Sr. The groom is the son of Lisa and Bo Duhé of New Iberia and Gisele and Terry Benoit of Carencro.

The Honorable Keith R.J. Comeaux officiated the 6:30 p.m. ceremony.

Escorted by her mother, the bride wore an ivory-colored satin and lace trumpet gown with a sweetheart illusion neckline featuring crystal beading overlay and satin buttons cascading down the back to the floor. The gown was finished with scalloped lace and beaded trim.

For her headpiece, she wore a two-tiered fingertip veil with beaded trim.

She carried a bouquet of lush white roses tied with an ivory satin ribbon finished with a pearl and crystal heirloom brooch.

Serving as maid of honor was Chelsea Fielding. Bridesmaids were Melaine Bergeron, Ciara Boutte, Michele Duhé, Chloe Fielding, Rowen Fricker, Lauren Guidry, Kailey Leboeuf and Jamie Verret. Flower girls were Kylie Benoit and Adelaide Heflin. Ring bearer was Ethan Fielding.

Serving as best men were Malcolm Duhé and Terrell Benoit. Groomsmen were David Daly Jr., Edward Dauterive III, Neil Duplantier, Bart Fremin, Curry Gambel, Zachary Jones, Zachary Liner and Vincent Scallan.

Ross Chauvin, Kristopher Martinez and Michael Ricci served as ushers.

A reception for family and friends was held at Rip Van Winkle Gardens in New Iberia.

Following a wedding trip to Croatia and Hungary, the couple will reside in New Orleans.
