Spencer — LeBlanc

Vaneisha Nicole Spencer and Kendall Isaiah LeBlanc were married Saturday, June 25, 2016, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville. The bride is the daughter of Vanessa Spencer of New Iberia and the late Kenneth Francis. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jason Willis of St. Martinville.

The Rev. Michael Sucharski officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony.

The bride wore an Alencon lace gown with cascading layers of ruffled organza.

For her headpiece, she wore a veil of three handmade draped-layers of illusion accented by Kundan stones and pearls.

She carried a bouquet made by Allison Derouen.

Serving as maids of honor were Leondra Conner and Ashlyn Thompson. Bridesmaids were Shaniana Paul, Mary Willis, Jada Willis, Brooke Gary, Baylie Christian, Arien Francis, Stephanie Landry, Jameycia Teno and Gabrielle Butler. Miniature bride was Katelyn LeBlanc. Flower girl was Saige Bellard. Ring bearer was Kendon Hayes.

Serving as best men were Early Doucet and Michael Potier. Groomsmen were Antonio Boyd, Jermaine McFadden, Herman Remy, Macquin Stewart, Destin Jackson, Bernard Mitchell, Jarian Willis, Marvin Spencer and Jonathan Zeno. Miniature groom was Kohl LeBlanc.

Clifford Anthony Jr., C.J. LeBlanc Jr., Donavon Francois and Jarrad Roberts served as ushers.

A reception for family and friends was held at the Cade Community Center in St. Martinville.

Following a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in St. Martinville.
