Lorrae Cherrie Lantier of Lafayette won a two-night stay compliments of the Hampton Inn & Suites New Iberia plus two VIP passes to Iberia Parish attractions as the winning photographer for the Iberia Parish Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Summer Daze photo competition.

“We have received good online engagement from the competition and plan to do another for the holidays,” said Fran Thibodeaux, executive director for IPCVB.

The photography submissions from around the Teche Area were featured at the IberiaTravel.com website. Voters viewed and selected their favorite photo until earlier this month. Lantier’s picture was taken at Jungle Gardens, the home of the Tabasco brand products.
