As the curtains close on the sweltering summer season, fall slowly begins to make its debut. The season’s lux fabrics, dramatic layers and imaginative shapes bring to mind a grand sense of theatrics. Curtain Call is in the spirit of “All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players.”  The players being those most at home on the stage – the men and women of the Iberia Performing Arts League. And the stage, their playground – the Essanee Theater. With the stage set for IPAL’s September showing of “Belles,” the historic theater serves as an idyllic backdrop to showcase Acadiana’s most in demand fall fashion.
