Myers — Love

Jennifer Anaise Myers and Brody James Love were married Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, at the Cade Community Center in St. Martinville. The bride is the daughter of Troy Myers and Sybil Maddocks of New Iberia and Kirk and Tina Romero of Coteau. The groom is the son of Stratton Dean and Renee Love of New Iberia and Wendy Guidry of New Iberia.

The ceremony was officated by Barbara Broussard.

Escorted by her father and stepfather, the bride wore an all lace sheath wedding dress featuring a modern illusion V-halter neckline with a scalloped plunging back and illusion straps.

For her headpiece, she wore a crystal and gold pearl beaded hair vine.

She carried a bouquet of burgundy calla lillies, blush and ivory-colored roses and greenery.

Serving as matron of honor was Summer Perry. Bridesmaids were Jessica Blanchard, Amber Holaway, Monica Trivonavich, Geneé Myers, Megan Love, Brittnei Picard and Amber Decoster. Flower girl was Emma Love. Ring bearer was Rylan Picard.

Serving as best man was Benjamin Love. Groomsmen were Cory Segura, Jared Boudreaux, Nic Bonin, Joey Myers, Chad Segura, Dustin Picard and Eric Picard.

Ross Basham, Kyle Basham and Josh Boudreaux served as ushers.

A reception for family and friends was held immediately after the ceremony at Cade Community Center in St. Martinville.

The couple will reside in New Iberia and take a honeymoon trip during the summer to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
