A Home-going Celebration will be held for Gloria Tiffany Thomas, 45, the former Gloria Williams, at 10:00 a.m. at St. John #5 Faith Church in New Orleans, Louisiana, with the Reverend Bruce Davenport officiating.

She will await the resurrection at Providence Baptist Cemetery in Metairie, Louisiana. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 8:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. at the church.

A resident of Lafayette and a native of New Orleans, Gloria passed at 9:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 6, 2017, at her residence.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Barbara Williams McCoy, of St. Martinville; two brothers, Eric J. Hubbard and John Williams, both of New Orleans; three sisters, Christel D. Williams, Patricia Hubbard and Rena Williams, all of New Orleans.

Gloria is preceded in death by her father, John Williams Jr.; her step-father, Cornell McCoy; her paternal grandparents, John Williams and Alma Rollins; and her maternal grandparents, William Clayton and Gloria Jones.

Active pallbearers will be Eric Hubbard, Kasaya Moore, Charles McCaskill, Steven Ragas, Joseph Ragas and Nelson Ragas.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kentrell Mullens, Rick Ridgele, Henry Rogers, Alfred Marshall, Tajh Hunter and Elwin Feist.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Fletcher Funeral Home, 609 West Admiral Doyle Drive, New Iberia, LA 70560.
