ST. MARTINVILLE — A St. Martinville Senior High Student was arrested Tuesday for bringing drugs to campus, according to the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office. 

Spokeswoman Ginny Higgins said that following an investigation from the SMSO, 18-year-old Mosey Young of St. Martinville was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute schedule I drugs and three counts of violation of the controlled dangerous substance law for drug free zones. 

Following his arrest, he was booked in the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center.
