Joseph “Joey” Whitney Veazey III

Funeral services will be held for Joseph “Joey” Whitney Veazey III, 54, at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 22, 2018, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at Beau Pre Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:30 p.m. The funeral home will reopen on Thursday at 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.

Joey passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018, at Lafayette General Medical Center.

Evangeline Funeral Home of New Iberia is in charge of arrangements.
