LOREAUVILLE — The Loreauville Board of Aldermen will begin discussing a new process for building permits at Monday’s regular meeting. 

According to the village’s agenda, the process will only affect Loreauville’s corporate limits, and will give guidance to Iberia Parish permitting for new Loreauville construction permits. 

The board also will discuss the $16,100 recently received from Iberia Parish Government for mosquito and drainage control in Loreauville. 

Also on the agenda is a vote to approve a cooperative endeavor agreement between the village and IPG for non-emergency mutual aid.

In older business, the board will vote to approve the installation of three speed lumps on three streets in Loreauville, as discussed during last month’s meeting. 

The meeting takes place 6:30 p.m. Monday at Loreauville Town Hall.
