Barnes — Porter

Ms. Corrine Malveaux, Mr. Calvin Malveaux and Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Barnes, all of New Iberia, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Barnes to LaShawn Porter, son of Ms. Rose Porter Daniels of New Iberia and Mr. James Lockett Sr. of Houston, Texas.

The wedding will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, at the Cade Community Center in St. Martinville.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of New Iberia Senior High School. She is employed by Arc of Acadiana and New Iberia Headstart.

The prospective groom is employed by Diverse Scaffold Solutions.
