A home-going celebration will be held for Mr. Fred George Seriel Sr., 73, at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Fletcher Funeral Home in New Iberia with Rev. Arthur Lee Alexander officiating.

He will await the resurrection in St. Mark Baptist Church Cemetery in Jeanerette.

A gathering of family and friends will begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home until time of service.

A resident of Jeanerette, he passed at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at his residence.
