Mrs. Andy Clay

Erin Dworaczyk and Andy Clay were married at 6 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2018, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in New Iberia. The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Carla Dworaczyk of New Iberia. The groom is the son of Angie LeBlanc of Broussard and Mr. and Mrs. Darren Clay of Jennings. The Rev. William Blanda officiated the 6 p.m. ceremony.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a classic fit and flare-style gown from Essence of Australia. Detailed lace and all over bead work, extended from the bodice down through the skirt. The v-back was adorned with illusion tulle and lace detailing. Linear lace was featured from the back of the skirt onto the train. For her headpiece, she wore a dramatic single tiered cathedral veil.

She carried a hand-held bouquet of white O’Hara roses, majolica spray roses and blue thistle, including a single Echeveria succulent and accented with seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus, finished with a hand tied satin ribbon.

Serving as matron of honor was Micah Dworaczyk Fontenot, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sadi Latiolais Dworaczyk, sister-in-law of the bride, Lidia Alcala, sister of the groom, Kristen Dworaczyk Esteve, cousin of the bride, Kelsey Hebert, Courtney Foch, Lori Bernard LeBlanc and Stephanie Dartez Simien. Serving as flower girls were Piper Fontenot and Ella Dworaczyk, goddaughters of the bride. Bible bearer was Adam LeBlanc-Kean, brother of the groom.

Serving as best man was Peter LeBlanc, grandfather of the groom. Groomsmen were Cole Clay, brother of the groom, Blaine Bourgeois and Adrian Frey, Justin Dworaczyk, brother of the bride, Shane Fontenot, brother-in-law of the bride and Jonathan Guidry and Kane Kershaw, cousins of the groom.

A reception for family and friends was held immediately after the ceremony at The Gouguenheim in New Iberia.
