IPSO looks for Valero burglar

On the morning of Aug. 25, deputies with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to the Valero Station located at Louisiana 88 and U.S. 90 in reference to an alarm activation. Upon the deputies’ arrival, it was observed that the front glass door was shattered. After clearing the business, Deputies looked at the surveillance footage that showed a male wearing a blue jacket with a white checkerboard hoodie underneath. The unknown male also had what appeared to be grocery bags on his hands and feet and a white T-shirt covering his face. The male entered the store, grabbed liquor and cigarettes and was last seen running westbound.
