DELCAMBRE — Comeaux High School beat Iota High School 25-18, 25-20 in the finals of the Lady Panther Volleyball Tournament held Saturday at Delcambre High School.

Comeaux won Pool B, falling to Catholic High 20-25, 25-15, 10-15 but then beating Iota 25-20, 24-26-15-7 and Northside 25-8, 25-8.

Catholic High beat Northside 25-8, 25-5 but lost to Iota 20-25, 27-29. Iota also beat Northside 25-12, 25-3.

Church Point won Pool A, beating Franklin 25-14, 25-15, Delcambre 15-25, 25-20, 15-11 and Northside Christian 25-17, 25-17.

Delcambre beat Franklin 25-14, 25-9 and lost to Northside Christian 17-25, 25-13, 11-15. Franklin lost to NOrthside Christian 11-25, 12-15.

Iota beat Church Point 25-20, 25-22 in the semifinals and Comeaux beat Northside Christian 25-15, 25-19.

Ascension Episcopal 3, ESA 0

YOUNGSVILLE — Ascension Episcopal claimed a District 2, Division V win over ESA on Thursday, beating the Lady Falcons 25-19, 25-15, 25-13.

ESA (15-4) plays at Highland Baptist Thursday starting at 6 p.m.

Taylore Louviere led the Lady Falcons with six Assists, seven kills, an Ace and three digs. Peyton Stokley had 15 assiss, a kill, four digs and an ace; Hailie Williams added eight kills and a dig; Kailie Williams had seven kills, an ace and a dig; Maggie Shuffler had three kills and a dig; Madyson McBroom had 10 digs; Ellie Broussard had five digs; and Graycee Cline had 10 digs.
