Frederick R. Fountain

Frederick R. “Freddie” Fountain passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018, at the age of 75. He was a loving and devoted husband and father.

Freddie is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jeanette Breaux Fountain; daughters Michelle F. McDonald (Chris) and Jennifer Kaye Fountain; sons Brandon Coy Fountain (Gina) and Scott F. Fountain (Tiffany); one brother John T. Fountain Sr. (Lisa) of Belle Chase; grandchildren Mason Ray Frederick, Bryson Coy Fountain, Tori Nicole Fountain and Aubrey Shea Fountain; step-grandchildren Zachery P. Norwood (Jordyn) and Ayden and Alex McDonald.  

Freddie was preceded in death by his parents, Hardy R. and Patricia Carey Fountain; brother Thomas Carey “Tommy” Fountain and sister Marilyn P. Fountain.

Frederick “Freddie” Fountain will be laid to rest at a later date at Holy Family Cemetery in New Iberia.
