Current Westgate High students as well as alumni from years past had plenty of fun Tuesday as they paraded through downtown New Iberia for Westgate’s homecoming parade.
The parade spanned Main Street in New Iberia, with event-goers lining up on either side of the street to watch parade-riders smile and wave, before ending at Railroad Street.
This year’s Westgate homecoming court is Diamond Bernard, Zy’Keiveia Narcisse, Bre’Nae Vincent, Jessica Simon, Ktjia Tolbert, Kaitlin Absent, Kamryn Fontenot, Chelsey Bonnie, Javryn Johnson, Alani Brown, Beyonce’ Jackson, Caitlin Booker, A’Dreama Willis, Nyla Jones and Tamhje’ Oliver
