People can eat in or get the pancake suppers to go in the drive through line.

President-elect and pancake chair for the Kiwanis Club Cindy Herring said there h will be about 20,000 pancakes and 100 cases of sausage for the event. Pancakes, sausage and milk are being served with one plate.

“This is our big fundraiser,” Herring said Tuesday. “Whether it’s Harvey the Rabbit, the Children’s Parade or the scholarships we give it out, this is where it comes from.”

Tickets also can be obtained from any member of the New Iberia Kiwanis Club. Tickets are $7 for pickup or eating in.

Volunteers who contributed to the supper this year include Robert Freeman, Carl Leblanc, Paul Delcambre, Charlie Jefferson, Michael Rodrigue, Tommy Broussard and Tyler Cestia, as well as other members who will be available.

The annual supper helps raise money for the Kiwanis Club’s many activities that works to benefiting the youth of Iberia Parish.
