GAUTIER, Miss. — A memorial service will be conducted for Mrs. Theresa LeDoux, age 84, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 8 a.m. on January 7, 2019. Father Kitchen’s will officiate the Mass.

A final memorial will take place in New Iberia with inurnment at St. Michael’s cemetery in St. Martinville, at a later date.

Mrs. LeDoux was a native of New Iberia. She resided with her daughter in Gautier for the last 8 years. Mrs. LeDoux passed away on December 31, 2018, at the Sunplex long term care facility.

Mrs. LeDoux was a member of the Catholic Daughters and a Sacristan for St. Peter’s church in New Iberia for 12 years.

She is survived by her children: son Rousseau James LeDoux Jr.; daughters MaryAnn LeDoux Meehan, Alice Lynette LeDoux Abraham, Patricia LeDoux Grisiaffi and Therese Renee LeDoux Boudreaux; twelve grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. Frederick Comeaux Sr.; her husband, Rousseau James LeDoux; and her grandson Blaine Boudreaux.

Donations can be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church in lieu of flowers.
