Viator — Albritton

Kristen Marie Viator and Austin Albritton were married Saturday, December 22, 2018, at La Louisiane Banquet Hall in New Iberia. The bride is the daughter of Clayton and Monica Viator of New Iberia. The groom is the son of Richard Guidry and Janae Guidry of New Iberia and Greg and Tina Albritton of LeCombe.

Justice of the Peace Johnny Hebert officiated the 6 p.m. ceremony.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a gown chosen exclusively at A-Net’s Bridal Boutique, delicately appliquéd with an illusion bodice paired with a soft silk Mikado skirt. A delicate rhinestone and pearl belt accentuated the waistline. Covered buttons enclosed the elegant ballgown and cascaded down the cathedral length train.

For her headpiece, she wore a fingertip veil with a delicate lace edge.

She carried a bouquet of precious blue boy cornflowers, medallion cream roses, soft cream tea roses and accents of silver and blue sparkles. Rosaries from both of the bride’s late grandfathers were also included in the bouquet. The bride wore her late grandmother’s wedding ring.

Serving as maid of honor was Kaitlyn Viator, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mackenzie Gondran, Jordyn Delcambre, Katherine Gunnells and Caroline Gunnells. The flower girls were Violet Guidry and Isla Guidry.

Serving as groomsmen were Richard Guidry, Brandon Albritton and Greg Albritton.

Kyle Viator and Jacob Gunnells served as ushers.

A reception for family and friends was held immediately after the ceremony.

Following the wedding, the couple will reside in New Iberia.
