At an early age she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church in New Iberia, where she and Richard invested much of their lives. She continued to witness in her later years in the assisted living homes in which she lived.
Carolyn found enjoyment with Oubre’s Lumber of New Iberia, where she served as bookkeeper. She and Richard lived a fruitful life to the very end and were loved by many. Although her body has passed to heaven, her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.
