Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Oubre celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary January 25, 2019.

The couple have two children, Troy Oubre, and his wife Mickelle of New Orleans, and Trent Oubre of Loreauville. They also have two grandchildren.

The couple celebrated by renewing their vows at St. Joseph’s Church in Loreauville with the Rev. Keith Landry. A reception followed at Loreau Place. All of the original groomsmen and bridesmaids were present.

Mrs. Oubre is the former Julie Martin.
