Nelson Canal Road to reopen effective immediately, Richard says

Nelson Canal Road will be re-opened between east Admiral Doyle Drive and Louisiana 182 effective immediately, according to Iberia Parish President Larry Richard.
Iberia Parish Government apologized for any inconveniences the closure caused.
