A Home-going celebration will be held for Mrs. Khristina Dayna Celestine, 45, the former Khristina Dayna Antoine at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Mount Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Mark E. Lewis, Pastor, officiating.

She will await the resurrection at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church Cemetery in Delcambre.

A gathering of family and friends will begin on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Mount Calvary Baptist Church 8 a.m. until the time of the service.

A resident of New Iberia, she passed at 4:23 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Howard James Celestine of New Iberia; her father, John Dewey Antoine of New Iberia; two sons, Khristian Blair Antoine and Kody James Celestine of New Iberia; one daughter, Karrington Janae Celestine of New Iberia; one godchild, A’Nylla Alexander of New Iberia; her godmother, Betty Johnson of New Iberia; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gayle Marie Allen Antoine; maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, several aunts and uncles.

Active Pallbearers are Cassandra Nicholas, Agnes Conner, Yolanda Greene, Shawanna Jenkins, Brenda White and Janae Allen.

Honorary Pallbearers are Lashawn Spearman, Benita Prejean, Shantelle Greene, Catherine Williams, Kishna Judge and Marnell Alexander.
