Aimee Blayne Andrepont and Doctor Jon Scott Decuir Jr. were united in Holy Matrimony Saturday, April 6, 2019, at Immacualte Conception Jesuit Church in New Orleans. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Paul Clark.
The bride is the daughter of Doctor Marcus Andrepont and Doctor Francine Manuel of Lafayette. She is the granddaughter of Nelton Andrepont of Eunice, the late Anna Chautin Andrepont and the late John and Geneva Manuel. She is a 2008 graduate of St. Thomas More High School and a 2011 graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in French and International Studies. She is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She is a 2016 graduate of Tulane Law School with a Juris Doctorate. She is currently employed as an associate at Jones Walker LLP in New Orleans.

The groom is the son of Mr. Jon Scott Decuir and Mrs. Loren Decuir of New Iberia. He is the grandson of Oswald and Loretta Decuir of New Iberia and Charles and Lillie Mancuso of Baton Rouge. He is a 2007 graduate of New Iberia Senior High School and 2011 graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. In 2015, he received his Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He is currently a cardiology fellow at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a one of a kind Yvonne La Fleur sheath gown featuring an ivory-colored slip and French Alençon lace overlay with a V-neckline and full length sleeves. A French Alençon lace, Cathedral length veil complimented the bridal look. She carried a bouquet of white and ivory-colored garden roses, lisianthus and anemones hand tied with the same French Alençon lace from her gown. Her bouquet contained her grandmother Geneva Manuel’s rosary as well as a pendant of pictures in memory of her late grandparents.
Attending as Matron of Honor was Callie Latiolais. Attending as Maid of Honor was Amanda Daniels. Bridesmaids included Alicia St. Romain, Brittany Smith, Emily Manuel and Laura Decuir, sister of the groom.
The groom was attended by his Best Man, Christopher Migliore. Groomsmen included Tim Olsen, David Adams, Nathaniel Peyton, Barrett Ford and Stephan Andrepont, brother of the bride.
During the ceremony, spiritual readings were presented by Kristen Macmurdo, Celeste Tortorich and Kim Manuel.
A reception immediately followed at Broussard’s Restaurant and Courtyard in New Orleans. Following a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple will reside in New Orleans.
