Donald and Catherine Segura were proud to win third place for Segura Farms in the paella category at Saturday’s Paella/Tapas/Jambalaya Cook-off at El Festival Español de Nueva Iberia. Other winners in that category were Buenos Amigos, first place, one vote ahead of second place Performance Air Services/Performance Winch Services. Winners in the Jambalaya category were first place M&M Lawn/Janitorial, second to La Parte Negra and third to Roberta Boudreaux.
